The maternal relationship between Clara Mixer and her son JT is confirmed by the direct inheritance path of autosomal DNA down to their DNA tested descendant JLT.

The segmental (via DNA segment triangulation) and total DNA shared between JLT and other confirmed descendants of MH/TH is consistent with the expected ranges for their respective relationships. Since JLT descends from MH/TH through Clara Mixer and her son JT, the presence of significant shared DNA between JLT and other known descendants of MH/TH validates the generational links along this maternal line.

This supports the conclusion that DNA was passed from MRCA couple MH/TH through Clara Mixer to JT, and ultimately to JLT, confirming this direct ancestral connection through multiple generations.
